SoundLincs: Community Music Charity Supporting Wellbeing & Creativity
We are SoundLincs
SoundLincs is a registered UK music charity (No. 1086483) based in Lincoln. Over the past 27 years, we have delivered inclusive community music projects, social prescribing sessions, and creative health workshops across Lincolnshire and the UK.
We identify areas of need and implement creative solutions to support mental health, wellbeing, and personal growth for all communities, ensuring everyone has the chance to feel empowered through music.
Provision
We design and deliver inclusive music-making projects that inspire and drive measurable social change.
Knowledge
We produce and distribute a wide range of music information and academic resources.
Training
We provide a number of training opportunities to encourage and empower music practitioners.
Collaboration
We work with academic partners to study the social impact of our work so that we can learn, develop and share this with others.
